How long does it take to process an order?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Standard shipping times: 5-7 business days.
We ship, both domestically and to a select number of international destinations. Shipping rates and times depend on your location in the USA, Canada, and the UK. If you live down the street from us in New Jersey, you'll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. The USPS site quotes but does not guarantee, 2-8 business days for domestic delivery. International shipping will take longer.
If a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Passport Bros LLC is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.
We provide shipping to the following countries:
Austria, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, The Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.
Passport Bros LLC is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Passport Bros LLC to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.
For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Passport Bros LLC is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of.
If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.
As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Passport Bros LLC is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
If you have a USPS package marked as delivered but haven't received it, please contact your local mail facility (ie. Royal Mail in the UK).
In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing Passport Bros LLC products, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
Only "Non-Food" items maybe returned. Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 202 West 7th. Street Suite #312, Plainfield, NJ, 07060, United States.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
